Doods & Doodets! Springtime has arrived at Crotched Mountain Ski & Ride!! Get rid of those heavy jackets, scarves and mittens…only hoodies, long sleeves, goggle tans and t-shirts allowed from this point on. No Hoody? Don’t worry about it! The Outerlimitz Retail Shop’s BIG SPRING SALE starts on Saturday (March 13th), where you can find most apparel for 50% off!!! Once you’re all set for spring riding/skiing be sure to hop over to the CM Terrain Park on Saturday March 13th where you can watch or be part of the 7th annual Big Air Competition! The 70-foot hit was constructed the other night and is open to the public right meow! Unfortunately the Sunny Slope Style Competition that was originally scheduled for March 14, 2010 has been POSTPONED to March 21, 2010 due to inclement weather!! This event will be open to both skiers & riders…the top 3 in both categories will be awarded along with best trick! The event will also be a top-to-bottom run in the CM Terrain Park, which means the CM Terrain Park will be closed for a good part of the day, Zero-G will be open to the public (March 21, 2010). Hope everyone is as stoked for spring riding at Crotched Mountain as I am…GOGGLE TAN!!! Love, Chud
(Just a heads-up if you’re somewhat new to the freestyle side of skiing and snowboarding, I would suggest learning your new tricks in our progression terrain park, Zero-G! As soon as you’re comfortable with rails and jumps then I would scoot on over to CM Terrain Park where you’ll find stepped up features for experienced riders/skiers.) SMART STYLE
